Duration: 8 days
A history tour by road and air to Bahir Dar, Gondar, Lalibela and Axum.
Day 1: Fly to Bahir Dar; Commence Boat ride on Lake Tana to explore Island monasteries. Over night stay at the Tana Hotel or at a similar hotel
Day 2: Blue Nile falls and city tours, over night stay at Tana Hotel or at a similar hotel
Day 3: Drive to Gondar, and enjoy the Fogera -Tara-gedam view on the way. Eventually transfer to your hotel, and then visit of the Castles of Gondar, and Debre Berhan Selassie Churche. Over night stay at Goha Hotel or at a similar hotel
Day 4: Fly to Lalibela to inspect and admire the rock hewn churches of Lalibela. Overnight stay at Roha hotel.
Day 5: Lalibela, Continue tours to the remaining group of the rock churches of Lalibela
Day 6: Fly to Axum. Begin exploring the Obelisks, Mariam Tsion Church and the other archeological excavations around. Overnight stay at hotel Yeha hotel
Day 7: Day trip to Debre Damo monastery and the Moon Temple of Yeha by way of the wonderful scenery of the famous and notable Adawa Mountains.
Day 8: Fly back to Addis Ababa and transfer to your hotel
