Duration: 9 days
A tour to Anuak near Gambela, the Gambella National Park and the Baro River.
Day 1: Arrival in Addis Ababa. Transfer to your hotel, and commence city tour of Addis Ababa
Day 2: Drive to Jima. After having checked in, start city tour of Jima. Overnight stay at Central Jima hotel.
Day 3: Drive Jima to Metu. Admiring the rain forest and wildlife’s on the way. Overnight stay camping or a simple hotel in Metu.
Day 4: Drive to Gambela. Late afternoon, city tour of Gambela, walking around the fast flowing River Baro. Overnight stay at Baro hotel
Day 5: Day trip to Itang and then to Abobo to visit the Neur and Anuak tribes across the Gambela national Park. Also expect different birds and animal species in this park. Overnight stay at Baro hotel
Day 6: Drive back to Metu. Overnight stay camping or a simple hotel in Metu.
Day 7: Drive to Nekemte via Bedele. Visit of the Bedele Beer factory on the way Overnight stay at Wogagen hotel
Day 8: Drive to Ambo. After having inspected the famous Museum in Nekemete. Overnight stay Abebech Metasebia hotel.
Day 9: Excursion to Wonchi Crater Lake and, eventually drive back to Addis.
